DunderBytes is a digital products company that creates and sells downloadable digital files including printable planners, AI prompt packs, and wellness kits. We are based in the United States.

2. Digital Products — What You're Buying

All products sold by DunderBytes are digital downloads. Upon completing a purchase:

• You will receive immediate access to download your purchased file(s)
• No physical product will be shipped to you
• Your download link will be available on the confirmation page immediately after payment
• A receipt will be sent to the email address provided at checkout

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. DunderBytes does not store your payment information. All sales are final at the time of purchase.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the instant-access, digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Because digital files are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned," we are unable to offer refunds once a download has been made available.

However, if you experience a technical issue accessing your download, please contact us at hello@dunderbytes.com and we will make it right.

When you purchase a DunderBytes product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to:

• Print physical copies for personal use
• Use the product within your household

You may NOT:

• Claim the work as your own creation

• Upload the files to any file-sharing or torrent platform

All DunderBytes products, including their content, design, and structure, are the intellectual property of DunderBytes. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our products is prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

DunderBytes products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from using our planners, prompt packs, or wellness kits. Results vary by individual use and effort.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DunderBytes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
